Michael "Bo" K. Beaulieu

Michael “Bo” K. Beaulieu Jr., 59, of Bristol, passed away on October 9, 2017 at UCONN in Farmington with his loving family by his side.

Mike was born on March 25, 1958, in Hartford, CT, son to the late Michael and Jeanette (Long) Beaulieu, Sr. An outdoors enthusiast, Mike enjoyed fishing, hunting, and boating. He was employed as a plumber for over 40 years. As a loving father, grandfather, brother, and uncle, family was the center of his world; especially the light of his life and his only grandson, Jordan.  Additionally, he had a profound love for his three poodles, Maggie, Ginger, and Koko. He will be remembered in the hearts of all who knew him.

Mike is survived by his children, Michael K. Beaulieu III, of Plainville and Shelley Beaulieu and her partner, George Bennett, of Newington; his grandson, Jordan Bennett, of Newington; his sister, Deb Gagnon and her husband, Terry, of Bristol; his nieces and nephews, Eric Lussier, Mark LaCapruccia, Lindsay Gagnon, Jenna Gagnon, Samantha Beaulieu, and Christopher Beaulieu; his step-brother, Michael Michaud, of Pawcatuck; the loved mother of his children, Victoria Beaulieu; and many beloved friends. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Rick Beaulieu.

Friends and family are welcome to gather on Saturday, October 14 from 2 to 4 PM at Bailey Funeral Home, 48 Broad St., Plainville. A celebration of life will be held at 4 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be held privately.
