Frances (Pedrolini) Braiewa, 97, of Bayberry Drive in Bristol, since 1947, passed away on March 26, 2021 at Apple Rehab Farmington Valley. She was the wife of the late Adolph Braiewa and mother of the late Mark Braiewa.

She was born on January 15, 1924 in Plainville, CT, to the late Bartolo and Rosa (Delmolino) Pedrolini. After graduating with honors from Plainville High School in 1942, Frances worked as a noise tester at New Departure General Motors for 30 years, retiring in 1975. Frances then became a voluntary secretary for the seniors of the United Auto Workers/GM Bristol, CT for 15-20 years. She was also a Sunday school teacher at St. Matthews Church in Forestville for 8 years and also sang in the choir. One of the the hobbies Frances enjoyed most was dancing at the Plainville and Bristol Senior Centers. Throughout her lifetime, Frances was a God loving person who had helped many people.

Frances is survived by her beloved special granddaughter Jennifer Maxwell Green of Nathrop, CO; 1 sister, Florence Tucker of West palm beach, FL; a daughter-in-law, Amy Green of Acton, MA and Many nieces, nephews and special family friends. Francis is predeceased by her beloved son Mark Braiewa, five brothers, seven sisters andthe late Michael Dombroski, a special family friend, who shared her love and friendship for 18 years.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, April 10 at 11:00 AM at St. Matthews Church, 120 Church Ave in Forestville. Mass will be streamed live at https://stmatthewrcc.com for those who are unable to attend. Burial will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Plainville. Family and Friends may gather on Saturday, April 10 from 9:00 -10:30 AM at Bailey Funeral Home, 48 Broad St., Plainville. Memorial contributions in Frances' name may be made to St. Matthew Church, 120 Church St., Forestville, CT 06011. Bailey Funeral Home of Plainville has been entrusted with the services.
