David W. Juliano

WALLINGFORD - David W. Juliano, 78, departed this life on January 8, 2021 at Hartford Hospital. He was the beloved husband of the late Patricia (Pratson) Juliano.

David was born in Hartford, CT on September 13, 1942, to the late Salvatore and Bernice (Weingroff) Juliano.  He attended the University of Connecticut and graduated with a degree in civil engineering.  David started his own civil engineering and land surveying firm in 1973 and retired in 2012 after 39 years.  David was active as a member of the Wallingford Rotary Club where he was a two-time past president, the Wallingford Family YMCA Board of Directors, the Wallingford Board of Health, and the CT Association of Land Surveyors. David was also very active in the Early Ford V8 Club of Connecticut and won several awards for his antique cars. 

David is survived by his daughter, Gina Juliano (Gary McNeff) of Meriden; his son, Christopher (Jill) Juliano of Wallingford; granddaughter, Evelyn Juliano, of Wallingford; brother, Richard Juliano, of Worcester, MA; and his trusty dog and companion, Siren. 

The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 from 4 to 6:00 PM at the B.C. Bailey Funeral Home, 273 South Elm Street, Wallingford. Funeral services and burial at In Memoriam Cemetery in Wallingford will be private.
