David John Cunningham

WALLINGFORD-David J. Cunningham, 35, passed away peacefully with his wife and father by his side on January 5, 2022 at Midstate Medical Center in Meriden. He was the beloved husband of Jessica (LeBarron) Cunningham and devoted father of Erin and Siobhan Cunningham.

Dave was born in Hartford, Connecticut on July 28, 1986.

Dave graduated from Newington High School. He was a proud truck driver for Bozzuto's in Cheshire. Above all else, he loved spending time with his wife and daughters. He loved to drive and be home with his family. He also loved to watch the sunrise and sunset, fish, hike, camp, and travel. 

Besides his loving wife Jessica, Dave is survived by his two daughters Erin and Siobhan; his parents Daniel and Sandra Cunningham; his siblings Amanda Cunningham, Gabrielle Kenion, Giovanni Kenion, and Jallisea Mayfield; and his grandmother Joan LeBarron. He is also survived by a large extended family including aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. 

The family will receive visitors from 2pm to 4pm on Saturday January 8th, 2022 at the B.C. Bailey Funeral Home, 273 S. Elm St. Wallingford, CT 06492. A memorial service will be held at the funeral home immediately following the calling hours at 4:00 p.m. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family. The wearing of masks inside of the building will be required by all who wish to attend.
