Claire M. Naczi

BLOOMFIELD - Claire M. Naczi, 93, departed this life on May 21, 2021 at Duncaster Health Center, Bloomfield, CT.

She was a beloved aunt to many nieces and nephews and a dear friend to the Caplan Family.  Claire was born in Wallingford, CT on May 31, 1927 to the late Charles and Anna Nyitray Naczi. She was predeceased by her four brothers, Frank, William, Julius and her twin brother, Edward.

Claire worked as a bookkeeper for Tom Caplan at Caplan's Market for 26 years until his death and then for Richard Caplan at Caplan's Market and eventually Wallace Realty for 40 years. 

Claire is survived by her nieces and nephews: Charles Naczi and his wife, Marie, Mary Ann Naczi, Frank Naczi and his wife, Paula, Julie Sarlo, Ilona Naczi, Bonnie Naczi, Edward Naczi, Jr., Claire Torf and her husband, Stu and Richard Naczi and his wife, Hannah. She was predeceased by her nieces: Lenore Ellis and Kathy Naczi and her nephews: William Naczi and Julius Naczi. 

There will be a graveside service held at St. John Cemetery, 400 Christian Street, Wallingford, CT on Tuesday, May 25th, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. The B.C.
