WALLINGFORD- Annette A. Adamec, 96, departed this life on March 23, 2023 at Masonicare in Wallingford. She was the beloved wife of the late Frank J. Adamec. Annette was born in Cambridge, MA on November 3, 1926 to the late Howard and Annette (Natalo) Ames.
Annette was a longtime resident of Wallingford and member of the First Congregational Church for all of her years in town. Annette was also honored as a lifetime member of the Wallingford Garden Club and enjoyed planting blooms and painting the town full of color. Annette was a homemaker for most of her life, putting all her time and energy into raising three daughters. Annette will be remembered for her patience, love and kindness, imparting all things good to her family.
Annette is survived by her three daughters Susan Fuller (Fred); Eileen Widner (Paul); Fran Larson (Mark). She also leaves behind to cherish her memory five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Burial will take place privately at the Connecticut State Veteran's Cemetery at the family's convenience. There will be no calling hours. Memorial donations may be made in her memory to: The Wallingford Garden Club, P.O. Box 770, Wallingford, CT 06492. The B.C.
