Theresa Z. Trzaskos

Theresa Z. Trzaskos, 87, of Bristol, passed away unexpectedly in the comfort of her home on Monday, June 5, 2017.

Theresa was born on October 1, 1929 in West Hartford, daughter to the late Jacob and Nellie (Drause) Zagula. She was employed by CBT banking for 20 plus years as a supervisor in the international department, handling funds from all over the world. She will be missed dearly by her family as they cherish the memories they shared with Theresa.

She is survived by her daughters, Debra Craig, of Maine, Christine Heckman and her husband, Dennis, of Plainville, and Karen Schwartz, of Newington; her two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; her sister, Rose Dooley; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her daughter, Barbara Regan, her son, Thomas Trzaskos, her two brothers and one sister.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 8 from 6 to 8 PM at Bailey Funeral Home, 48 Broad St., Plainville. A prayer service will be held at 7:45 PM at the funeral home. Theresa will be laid to rest privately at the convenience of the family in Rose Hill Memorial Park, Rocky Hill.
