Linda M. (Gerke) Leider

Linda M. (Gerke) Leider, 52, of Plainville passed away Wednesday November 29, 2017 at Hartford Hospital. She was the loving wife of Craig A. Leider.

Linda was born April 24, 1965 in Key West, Florida a daughter of Albert P. and Linda May (Couture) Gerke of Mesa, Arizona. She was employed as a school bus driver at Dattco Bus Company for many years. She enjoyed camping with family and friends, cooking for her family, motorcycle riding, watching movies and just spending time with her family. Linda was a proud mother with immense strength and courage and was fierce and protective of all of her loved ones.

Besides her husband and parents, she leaves her daughters, Katherine, Zoe and Nicole, her brother Paul and his wife Samantha, her sisters, Lori and her husband Andre and Tracy and her husband Andy, her fathers-in-law Larry and Ed and his wife Daisy, her sister-in-law Deanna Leider and several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members. She was predeceased by her mother-in-law, Beverly.

Funeral services in celebration of Linda’s life will be held on Tuesday December 5, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Bailey Funeral Home 48 Broad Street in Plainville. Burial will be held privately.
